With certification to treat both addictions and trauma, I work with individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, a lack of joy, low self-esteem, and trouble choosing a path forward.  My approach is emotional and client-focused with special care toward the impact of trauma on a person’s ability to trust and form an intimate attachment. I consider it a privilege to hold the stories and life experiences that, once shared, can lead to healing and rest.
