I offer counseling services for children, adolescents, families, adults and couples. With a compassionate and holistic approach, I assist my clients to find the root of emotional and behavioral challenges, to find healing and growth and an authentic self and life. I specialize in helping all types of families create loving and healthy bonds with each other. For children and teens, I include play and art therapy. With parents, I focus on developing effective parenting skills and strong attachments with their children. For trauma and deeper emotional challenges, I offer EMDR and Emotional Freedom Technique. I also specialize in working with highly sensitive people of all ages. 35+ years experience. Tele therapy and limited in person sessions in Poulsbo.
