I help clients recover from the stressors of divorce, depression, and anxiety as they deal with relationships and transitions. Working from a Jungian and Depth psychology perspective, I integrate the tools of Jungian, Depth Psychology, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Dreams, Internal Family Systems Parts Work, Structural Dissociation, Polyvagal Theory, and Attachment Theory to affect positive, lasting change in my clients lives. I am trained in Somatic Transformation for the healing of trauma. I have a special interest in exploring the inner work of aging, dream tending, and shadow work.
