Beth Moga Therapy
I work with adults, older adolescents (16+), and couples to address unresolved issues, build healthier patterns, and remove barriers to creating a more rewarding life. My approach is flexible and collaborative based upon creating a relationship of safety and trust. I enjoy working with those stuck in patterns of unfulfillment and welcome anyone with the desire to change. I have experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, psychosis, grief, aging, meaning in life, divorce, relationship issues, creativity, care-giving and persons with disabilities. I am also a trained mediator, collaborative coach, and artist.
