Bainbridge Collaborative Counseling
I work primarily with children, adolescents, and their families using an integrative approach that pulls elements from a variety of theoretical methodologies in order to best suit the individual and unique needs of my clients. I have a comprehensive background in providing services to youth, including a background in elementary education, providing crisis response within the military community, working as a sexual assault survivor advocate and counselor, and as a clinical mental health counselor in community mental health. I have lived and worked in culturally diverse areas, including overseas, have extensive training working with LGBTQIA+ children and their families, and continually strive to provide the safest, most inclusive space possible for my clients. I work collaboratively with my clients and their families to develop and meet goals, identify strengths, and facilitate healing and growth. I have an affinity for working with anxiety, depression, building self-awareness and autonomy, socio-emotional skill-building, emotional regulation skills, and the various relational challenges faced by children today, including bullying, isolation, relational aggression, building and maintaining positive relationships, and safely navigating social media. I offer individual counseling, parent and family counseling, and small therapeutic groups.
