I have a foundation of rich and expansive masterful skills in family systems therapy. I am Licensed in WA State and California as a Marriage and Family Therapist and I am a Clinical Fellow of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy. I hope you’ll find me to be a compassionate, intuitive listener with an insightful approach!

I possess a broad range of experience with couples, individuals, adolescents and multi-age families. I love the context of systems and family culture and appreciate the individual’s own perspective of that system whether it be in exploring couples or family issues. I like the word “enmeshment” and understand its contribution to an unhealthy relationship. I love the power of self-care and teach it as a significant tool both personally and dynamically.

All of us know the words and feelings that bring us into therapy… Anger, grief, sadness, fear, disappointment, anxiety, uncertainty, longing, pain and toxicity, to name a few. Often we feel a deep need to change our lives and/or perspective, improve our situations, deepen our self awareness and gain a broader vision for going forward. Most people’s natural instinct is to want to heal!
