My practice is built on empowerment, discretion, and a deep understanding of the uniqueness of the human experience. I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can explore their sexual and relational concerns. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques, mindfulness, solution focused therapy and sex-positive therapy to help clients navigate their experiences and foster healthier connections.
As an AASECT certified Sex Therapist, I offer special support in the areas of Sex Therapy, navigating difficult relationship conversations, postpartum issues, teen issues, grief, anxiety, depression and including feelings of guilt, shame and worthlessness. I am passionate about helping clients achieve greater sexual satisfaction and relational harmony.
In our sessions, we will work collaboratively to identify your goals and address any barriers to intimacy. Whether you are dealing with performance anxiety, desire discrepancies, or past trauma, my aim is to empower you with tools and insights.
