I am a feminist therapist with additional training and experience in depth psychotherapy, LBGBTQ+ communities, kink and poly communities, work with complex trauma recovery, grief, therapeutic art journaling, dream work, and women’s spirituality. I am a mama returning to practice after time away to navigate early motherhood and then pandemic, and currently writing a book on the themes of mother-daughter lines of abuse, grief, and healing through the lenses of mythology and trauma theory. I am profoundly interested in personal and collective intersections of healing work, liberation work, and spiritual practice.
