Erin Earle Psychotherapy
Loving presence is at the heart of my work as a therapist. By fully attending to each client with compassion and gentle curiosity, healing naturally begins. I trust in the inner healing ability of each individual and view the therapist-client relationship as truly collaborative.
Offering a safe and nourishing space, I work with clients to address such issues as: •anxiety, depression •life transitions •relationship challenges •unresolved family-of-origin issues •self-limiting beliefs •disordered eating behaviors •low self-esteem •barriers to fulfilling one’s goals.
I utilize an integrative psychotherapeutic approach grounded in family systems theory. My therapeutic stance is client-centered and informed by Attachment Theory, Mindfulness Centered Therapies, Narrative Therapy and evidence-based practices (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy).
I encourage a curious, compassionate inquiry into the present-moment experience of therapy. I believe that healing is enhanced through slowing down and becoming gently attuned to the “here and now.”
