As a Board Certified Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, I’m dedicated to providing quality, compassionate and confidential psychotherapeutic services supporting young children, teens, adults, parents, and families. My approach is individualized, strength-based and collaborative, addressing challenges related to life transitions, relationships, anxiety and depression management, trauma, grief, and loss.

My clinical specialties include early identification and intervention for young children with emerging special needs, such as autism spectrum disorders and attachment issues, through the child and family DIR/FCD “Floortime” developmental play therapy model.

I’m also dedicated to supporting children and teens with anxiety and mood disorders, learning, attentional, self-regulatory social, emotional and behavioral challenges, providing parent coaching and school-based consultation.

My clinical orientation integrates therapeutic best practices from the fields of psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, mindfulness, developmental and play-based psychotherapies.
