My practice focuses on Individual and Family development. Together we look at the circumstances that surround or influence the dilemmas my clients find themselves in and the meanings they have attached to what is happening. By exploring the multiple conclusions about these situations, the couples, families, teens and adults I work with have the opportunity to deepen and expand their understanding of themselves and those closest to them. The foundation of my work is rooted in social justice theories and narrative therapy; both of which help in deconstructing the social constructs that are harming the families and couples I work with. In addition to my therapy work I am an AAMFT approved supervisor.
