I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma and ADHD using positive psychology, attachment based and somatic work. Ideal clients are individuals 15 + and couples. I am a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, a model that has a 73% satisfaction rate for relationship improvement among couples. I work with couples and individuals in a positive, holistic style with an emphasis placed on clarity, understanding, accountability.  I address trauma issues, both shock and relational, through somatic work where one can dislodge the damage trauma does to ones body and spirit.
