Cedar Grove Therapy
Amy Augustine, MSW, LSWAIC, is a therapist and clinical social worker practicing as Cedar Grove Therapy. She provides mental health support to children and adolescents, helping them build emotional resilience, develop coping and nervous-system regulation skills, and cultivate self-compassion. Amy draws from CBT, ACT, DBT skills, mindfulness, somatic practices, and play therapy, tailoring her approach to each child and family through a family-systems lens. She has a special interest in nature-based work and often incorporates outdoor therapy.
Amy previously served as a school social worker in the Bainbridge Island School District and trained in private practice supporting child and teen clients. A graduate of Boston University’s School of Social Work, she is committed to affirming LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent clients. She brings warmth, humor, and authenticity to her work and is currently supervised by Judith Hanna, LICSW.
