I offer experiential, psychodynamic psychotherapy. Drawing from a variety of contemporary approaches including attachment theory, trauma theory, affective neuroscience, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, parts work, inner child work we will work together to help you not only solve problems but to experience healing and transformative change. Anxiety, depression, life transitions, aging, trauma, loss, and relationship issues are addressed collaboratively, supporting clients to access their own wisdom to make the changes they want for themselves and their relationships. In addition, I work with families who have a loved one with addiction issues, to help them influence their loved one toward positive change, and to improve the quality of their own lives.
